Our secure Dentist Connection includes several useful features to help you provide services to your patients. You can submit claims, view benefits and eligibility and more. Check out our videos and instructions below.

Submitting Claims:

Submitting Claims on Dentist Connection:

  • Log into your Dentist Connection Account
  • Select “Patient Information”
  • Enter patient name and date of birth
  • Select “Submit Claim”
  • Complete the requested information and then hit “Submit”

View Patient Benefits and Eligibility:

  • Log into your Dentist Connection Account
  • Select “Patient Information”
  • Enter patient name and date of birth
  • Click on the tabs to view Eligibility, Benefits & Frequencies, Patient History, Proc Code Search, Claim History, or Submit Claim
