Does the Annual Benefit Maximum (ABM) apply to all DWP members?

All adult DWP members, EXCEPT 19 and 20 year olds on the Dental Wellness Plan, have an annual ABM of $1,000. Other than excluded services, there are NO exceptions. Covered services over the ABM will be the member’s responsibility.
