Does the Annual Benefit Maximum (ABM) apply to all members?

All members, EXCEPT 19 and 20 years old, have an ABM of $1,000. Other than excluded services, there are NO exceptions. Covered services over the ABM will be the member’s responsibility. DWP members who are 19 and 20 years old will not display an ABM value on the DWP website or the ELVS site.
