I get an error when I try to register for a Delta Dental Member Connection account online.

When registering for your Delta Dental Member Connection account, please use your Social Security Number.  

Please note: If your Social Security Number begins with zeros, do not include the zeros and do not use dashes.

If you already tried to enter your information, please exit out of your browser and open the browser again. If this does not work, please clear your browser history or contact Delta Dental at 1-800-544-0718.
