Please note, if you have the Blue Medicare Advantage HMO plan, you will only have coverage for an in-network dentist.

2. Member Connection - view benefits and claims online through our secure website. Requires registration once you are enrolled. 

3. Delta Dental forms and resources - manage your Delta Dental plan. 

4. Emergency care - if you have an emergency and are not able to see an in-network dentist, you may want to do a teledentistry visit by calling 866-302-0443 or go to TeleDentistry.com. Teledentistry is included in your existing dental coverage and counts as one oral examination under your plan.
