Green Room - Meet with Success

While some professionals think of meetings as draining, when meetings are done well, they can be places of personal and team gain.

Join Delta Dental of Iowa for its next Green Room, “Meet with Success: Evidence-Based Ways to Create Effective, Engaging, and Inclusive Meetings,” on Thursday, Feb. 20, from 3-5 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, West Des Moines.

This session of the Green Room offers a conversation hosted by April Schmaltz, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa, and her guest, Steven Rogelberg, an organizational psychologist, author and a leading expert on the science of meetings. Rogelberg is the Chancellor’s Professor at UNC Charlotte. His research has been profiled on TV, radio, newspapers (Chicago Tribune, L.A. Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, London Guardian) and magazines.

Attendees at this free, in-person event will access Rogelberg’s evidence-based practices to make meetings genuinely engaging and inclusive. His research focuses on how to lead meetings to promote engagement and inclusion effectively.
