“The Green Room: Intentional Leadership” – Delta Dental of Iowa’s virtual discussion on balance in a hybrid work world

Leaders in Iowa companies are carefully navigating the unique challenges of how we will work in a post-pandemic world. Whether your teams are continuing to work in a hybrid schedule, coming back to the office, or still making those decisions, the way we collaborate and communicate continues to shift. The next “Green Room,” a conversation series created by Delta Dental of Iowa, will address finding balance and leading in a hybrid work world through intentional leadership. Iowa business leaders are invited to register for “The Green Room: Intentional Leadership” on Wednesday, March 30 at noon CST. Attendees at this free, virtual event will hear how to create engagement, foster belonging and develop intentional managers for success.

This session of the Delta Dental Green Room offers a conversation with Dr. Beth Livingston, assistant professor in Management & Entrepreneurship, University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, hosted by Tiffany O’Donnell, chief executive officer, Women Lead Change, and Jeff Russell, chief executive officer and president of Delta Dental of Iowa.

Dr. Livingston brings a deep breadth of experience to the discussion from her research in human resources, gender and diversity, and management of work and family related to employee well-being. Her research has been highlighted in the New York Times, NPR and the Harvard Business Review as well as multiple top academic journals.
